The founders with a rich background in private security related services in discussing informally these shortcomings and frustrations an idea was born; RADAR. They were and are still confident they have the skills to fill the existing void of personalized and quality services in the security industry by becoming entrepreneurs themselves. Radar Today Today we employ over 1,500 people. In an industry that has about ten major players and hundreds of “Jua Kali” who operate from temporary roadside kiosks and shacks, we were with the aim to compete with the best and have indeed made a name with high profile assignments. Radar has expanded and consolidated its position through contracts with other clients (Shimmer Plaza, Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Kenya Power and Lighting Company) proving the quality of its services through the satisfaction of its clients. The customers have continued to make many demands of our services and we have responded by being sometimes original and innovative.From the inception up-to-date the Shareholders/Board members have meticulously stage-managed the growth of the business and size of operations in order not to compromise on its stated mission on quality of service to its customers in addition to its deep-rooted responsibility to Human Resources pool.
