Landlord getting taxed?
Recently there has been reports of Landlords getting taxed for their rent. I am not sure if the bill has been passed yet or when it may be effected. Any advice?

Taxation on rental income has been there all along. It's supposed to be declared separately when someone is compiling tax returns. Taxation of rental income is therefore not a new tax that requires parliamentary approval.
All that KRA is doing is enforcing collection.
These is already been enforced.
