Within the real estate sector, our subsidiary Hewton Limited is a property developer that has constructed The Waterfront Gardens Estate, an upper middle-income housing estate with 127 units along Waiyaki Way. The company also developed and operates Qaribu Inn, Waiyaki Way, a budget travellers’ hotel aimed at the middle market.

Mashiara Park Limited, owns and is redeveloping the former Cooper Centre (Kaptagat Road, Loresho), into a mixed used development that incorporates offices, residential apartments, a commercial centre, hotel and conferencing facilities. The aim of the development is to create a landmark location of distinctive character and recognition on 32-acres that not only incorporates new urban concepts but also remains sensitive to the environment. Construction of Phase 1 commenced in June 2014.
