Eastleigh is located five Kilometers from the City Center which is a 12 minutes drive. It has grown to be home of many Middle class Nairobi residents. The area is well known of the many businesses that are run by the locals. The cost of living in this area is quite low as compared to other area in Nairobi. Housing in this area has raised as more apartments are being developed.
